How does the platform fee work?

We charge a small percentage on each successful transaction. This is taken automatically from each sale, so you only pay when you make money. Stripe's standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30c) apply separately.

Do I need to pay monthly?

Yes, but you can start from just £1/month for the first 3 months. After that, plans start at £7/month. You also pay a small platform fee on each sale. Higher tier plans offer lower fees and more features.

Who handles the payments?

You do. Payments go directly to your Stripe account - you're the merchant of record. revnu connects to your Stripe via Stripe Connect, but you have full control over your funds and Stripe dashboard.

Can I use my existing Stripe account?

Yes! We connect to your existing Stripe account. If you don't have one, you can create one during setup in just a few minutes.

What happens if a customer requests a refund?

Refunds are handled through your Stripe dashboard. When you issue a refund, the platform fee is also refunded. We only earn when you earn.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, all paid plans include a 3-day free trial. You can test all features before committing.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate any differences.

What currencies do you support?

We support all currencies that Stripe supports - over 135 currencies. Your customers can pay in their local currency, and you receive funds in your preferred currency.
